I thought that my Saturday would be a short one,
Yesterday's gig is still fresh on my mind.
I have never seen so many guys stage diving before,and the old school hardcore bands were suprisingly awesomeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Seriously ah,I have never seen so many guys stage diving before, and the bands were surprisingly awesome,especially straightanswer.
When Aly,Era and me reached blackhole while we were paying the $$ for the gig,I could hear straightforward playing,then we went inside.
They were in the middle of playing stolen pride,then that song ended and they played promises kept by champion.
I didn't expect to see that many familiar faces there,but I did see some familiar faces!
Like the two adorable girls with their big earphones that I always see when bands from malaysia come down here to play.
Straightanswer's set was totally unexpected to me.
When I listened to their songs on myspace,I can only understand continue the fight lyrics,but when I saw them performing yesterday,I could make out some of the song lyrics on myspace.Like trying to be nice.
I didn't expect that loads of people would show up too.
Saw these group of caucasians aslo!
Found them familiar,especially the guy with the nose ring and the another guy who wore the punch teeeeeee.
Halfway through bare knuckle's set,this TALL guy who was wearing a beanie looked @ me with an expression that he knows me ah.
LOL!
Okay,maybe thats my imagination because I got hit on the leg and the head a couple of times.
Walked from lavender to bugis with Zack,Aly,brother and Zack's friend after the gig.
Then Zack's friend asked me whether I was okay,the he told Zack that I got hit on the head by this huge guy.
We took the train home and I stop @ somerset.Then,I ran all the way to the bus stop near the skate park because I didn't want to miss the last bus home.
When I reached home,it was nearly 12.
The funny thing is that my dad thought that I didn't went out.
That was what my sis told me,lol. that my dad didn't know that I went out.
Then when my dad strted knocking on our bedroom door,my sis told me to wear my pajamas first.
At first I didn't want to,lol. then I quickly change.
After I showered/changed,I went to my brother's room and I saw my dad reading the newspaper just beside my bro's bed.
He asked me if I just got back,then I said no,I came back earlier.
lol!
I guess I panicked for nothing yesterday.
My utmost respect to straightanswer,since 1996 and still going strong.
Their lyrics are damn straight.
I think I aslo might be in love with their lyrics.
HAHAHAHAHHA!
